The IRHS proceeds its projects depending on the group members’ scientific and financial potenatials. The main purpose of foundation of IRHS is poviding a friendly though hardworking space for the experrts, researchers and activists interested in technology. The IRHS’s goals including business plans and projects can be widely varied; however, having the members’ ideas and opinions in mind, they fall within the general definition of hackerspace.

Since the team is comprised of members active in fields of technology such as networking, programming, security services, etc., it has got a great potential to cooperation with firms, organisations, and private projects in supervisory, consultative and executive fields.
